I am new to the area and currently work at selfridge. I do not have a boat, so my fishing is limited to shore. I have been fishing several spots off shore at selfridge with mixed success.Preheat oven to 400. Use a hickory board or apple. Whichever wood gives you the best flavor. Take fish, gut, but leave head on. Place on the board some chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, salt, pepper and any other seasoning you prefer. Place fish on seasoning and cover with aluminum foli. Bake for 1.5 hrs and remove.
