It works and updates fine with Chrome but doesn't seem to work with ActionTiles.Now that I am “sold” on ActionTiles I need a display. I do not need or want it to do anything other than always having ActionTiles up and running. iOS does not support the Full Screen API and therefore it's impossible to fix it. This is applicable to both Safari and Chrome for iOS. ActionTiles will not display Full Screen button if the browser does not support it. This is a recent change. With regards to running ActionTiles from Home Screen, it is a known issue for older versions for iOS.

Had to create a Weather Underground account and register a fake PWS to get an apiKey generated. Now to create an ActionTiles tile. I'm not sure that a Routine can "toggle" a group of lights, but you can create one Routine for "on" and one for "off" and add these two Routine Tiles to your Panel (s).
