Add an exception in Windows Firewall for ACT, and launch ACT as an admin whenever you run it. This is a bit of a hassle but results in very slightly better parsing. 2.Apparently changes in 6.35 have the parser plugin acting inconsistently if its not launched by the time you hit the character select screen.
